SalonSpa Connection sells salon, spa, and barber businesses and provides industry consulting

services (“Services”). Inform.Guide.Hire, LLC (our d/b/a is SalonSpa Connection) operates this

website (“Site”). By using the Site or our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your

Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy explains why we gather information from you, what information we collect,

how we collect it, what we use the information for, and how to contact us about use of that

Personal Information of Children Under the Age of 16

Our Site and Services are not designed for or targeted toward children, and we do not

parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information,

please contact us so that we may delete such information. We encourage parents and legal

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will collect your name and email address. You may

unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in them or by

By providing your phone number through our Site and Services, you consent and agree to

receive recurring SMS text customer services, transactional message, marketing messages

from us. Message frequency depends on the offers and services we provide. Reply “HELP” for

help, and “STOP” to cancel. Messaging and data rates may apply. Your consent for SMS is not

required to purchase our products or services.

We may disclose your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our

messaging services and send the text messages. We will not share or sell your phone number

and your opt-in to the SMS with unaffiliated third parties for their direct marketing purposes or

for purposes unrelated to the Services or Site. You may opt out of receiving SMS text marketing

request has previously been denied by us and you believe we denied it in error, you may
